TRAVEL FEES

All package prices are based on weddings located within 50km of the Brisbane CBD. Reasonable travel charges will apply for locations outside of this scope, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

CUSTOM PACKAGE

If you require something that is not included in the packages listed above, please fill out the contact form with the specifics of your wedding such as the date of your wedding, the required hours of coverage and location, and you will be sent a customised quote.

DRONE FOOTAGE

My drone is CASA registered and accredited. Drone footage can be provided on request, however, this service is heavily weather and location dependent.

TURNAROUND TIME

I ensure that all of your videos are sent to you within a maximum time frame of six weeks. However, often my turn around times are significantly shorter than this. I will provide you with a sneak peak or highlight reel within one week of your wedding

DOWNLOADING YOUR VIDEO

You will be emailed a google drive link to view and download your videos. It is important that you download and save your videos to your device and/or external hard drive for safekeeping.

ADDITIONAL EDITS

I want you to be completely in love with your videos of your special day. I will always ask you if you require any additional edits and I'm always happy to accommodate requests before finalising your videos.

RAW FOOTAGE

The short answer is no, but don’t stress, you don’t need it! Often clients will ask for raw footage, thinking that there may be some valuable or special footage that hasn’t been included in their videos. I ensure that every valuable moment of footage is used in the final product. In addition to this, the raw footage is hours long, not colour graded and is incredibly memory intense.

I have the required public liability insurance necessary to operate my business. Please contact me if you have any specific questions around this or require proof of insurance.
